After three weeks my purchase from TBD (Italy) has not been delivered.
TBD failed to disclose additional tax duties and fees.
Despite notifying the company that the goods had not been delivered, exercising my right to withdraw, and submitting a formal complaint, TBD has failed to acknowledge or respond.
Unacceptable customer service. Unlawful conduct. Avoid.

Great look, fit, form, and function. Meets if not exceeds expectations. Dark havana is beautiful.
If you are in the market for the average flimsy frame, you are on the wrong page. The heftiness of the frame is very satisfying when you pick it up. This will be my companion for a very long time indeed.

The product feels high-quality and is very well-made. The polarized lenses provide noticeable protection for sensitive eyes.

I am very happy with my new sunglasses, very stylish. However, I was unpleasantly surprised, when I needed to pay extra £51 GBP to UK import custom. I wish I new it before ordering
TBD Eyewear is an excellent company—professional, responsive, and efficient. They reply quickly to messages and process orders promptly.
Unfortunately, shipping costs and import taxes here in Indonesia significantly impact the overall experience. That said, this is clearly beyond their control.
I’m really looking forward to visiting their store in Milan and purchasing directly there, without any unexpected additional costs.
I ordered the Aviator GIANNI ECO SPOTTED HAVANA | TOBACCO frames from TBD Milano and really love the look of them. The price felt fair for the style and advertised quality.
That said, when they arrived, one temple arm was extremely loose at the hinge and looked bent outward, almost as if the frames had been tried on and stretched out before being sent. It did not feel like a brand-new pair, and honestly I don't think a brick-and-mortar shop would have put them out for sale in that condition.
I also noticed the small thank you card included in the package was worn and looked old. Not a major issue, but it does not reinforce the premium branding or attention to detail.
I'll now take them to my optometrist to have them tightened and adjusted. Overall, I love the design, but I feel like I received a pair I would not have chosen had I seen them in person first.
