Please note that due to a national holiday, our warehouse will be closed on Tuesday, January 6th.
Orders placed by January 5th at 12:00 PM (CET) will be shipped before the closure. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting Wednesday, January 7th.

Shipping info
The orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12pm CET will be shipped on the next day.
Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next Monday.
Our main logistics partner for shipments in Italy is SDA, while for EU countries and the rest of the world, we rely on DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Orders to Turkey: as of June 2023, the threshold for personal shipments has been reduced from 1500 EUR to 150 EUR.

Customs Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination. These charges vary by country and are unfortunately beyond our control, so any additional customs clearance costs must be covered by the customer. As a reference, here are the approximate duties and VAT for some of our most common destinations:
- United Kingdom: 40£ (duties + VAT)
- Canada: 55 CAD (duties + VAT)
If the package is not collected by the customer and must be sent back to Italy, the customs clearence costs will be deducted from the refund. Read more information on returns.
United States
For orders shipped to the United States, duties and taxes are included in the price. All duties and taxes are included in the final price no additional fees at checkout or upon delivery. The listed price already includes all applicable duties and taxes, ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

When the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking link to check the shipping progress.
