Returns and Refunds
What is the returns policy?
You will have 30 days to notify and send back the package. You will have to read about how TBDE is handling COVID-19 emergency.
Submit your refund request by sending an email to email@example.com specifying your order number.
Please note: the article must be unused and in the same conditions/packaging it was received in. In case the original package cannot be used, please use an appropriate paper box. TBDE reserves the right not to accept the returned article if it does not meet these requirements.

When will I receive the refund? Will there be additional costs to pay?
When we receive the merchandise, we will examine it and send you a notification via email of your right to be refunded/be sent a new product within a reasonable amount of time (5 working days after receiving the returned article). We will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase (in case of refund on a credit card, it will take place within 30 working days, in line with credit card norms), but we will withhold delivery fees.
