We ship worldwide. 

The orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12pm CET will be shipped on the next day.

Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next Monday.

Orders submitted from December 7 after 12 pm CET will be processed on December 9. Delivery time may vary

Customs Duties

For orders to Extra-EU countries, taxes and customs duties are not included at checkout. Customs duties vary from country to country and we are not able to predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For this reason, any additional customs clearance costs should be borne by the buyer.

For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite you to contact your local customs office as these costs may vary.

Courier and Delivery Time

Our main logistics partner is DHL for both Italy and the rest of the world.

Delivery time is considered between 1 and 3 business days. This is only an estimate, delivery to remote areas usually takes a few days more. Any delays caused by customs are not included in the estimation.

Shipments for Belarus, Ukraine and Russia are temporarily suspended.

Once our logistics center has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package.

Can I change my shipping address in the order?
