The names of the collections come from the bespoke tailoring industry. Our glasses are inspired by a deep-rooted appreciation of quality and craftsmanship, guaranteed by the expert artisans of Cadore, Italy.
We supply our extremely lightweight acetate from Mazzucchelli Varese – a historical Italian company and global leader in the production of acetate frames – and our lenses are also made in Italy to guarantee an incredible optical quality and 100% UV protection. Moreover, our collection consists of timeless accessories, mixing classic forms with a modern twist, represented by our elegant frames and refined lenses.

The hinges of our handmade in Italy sunglasses resemble a bow-tie picked from a lot dating back to the 30’s and feature four screws – rather than the usual two – tightened by hand. It is a long and costly construction, but we are not in the trade to compromise on quality.

TBD Eyewear collection is populated by different but complementary models, linked by the names of tailoring: the clean and unisex Cran collection, available both in eyeglasses and sunglasses; the Pleat models, which with a retro clip are transformed from eyeglasses to sunglasses. Lapel that stand out for their superior cut; Donegal with a secure and squared line like the homonymous tweed; Shetland, wide and thin; Vicuña, the most precious, as their name suggests, thin, with inserts in briar and 24 carat gold or rhodium plated. Finally, the Ulster, the precious metal collection without briar inserts; Twill, stands out for its square and harmonious shapes.
